About Us

Larry Winkler Is proud to introduce you to WINKLER VILLAGE APARTMENTS.

There are eight two bedroom two bath apartments, and four one bedroom apartments.

Larry bought a closed Church building in 2002, removed all fixtures and walls, and remodeled the inside to create the apartments. The floors are ceramic tile, and carpet, with Oak cabinets, refrigerators, self cleaning stoves, and recessed kitchen lighting. The two bedroom apartments have their own washers, dryers and dish washers. They also have their own HVAC units, hot water heaters, electric and natural gas service. The four, one bedroom apartments have a FREE laundry room with two washers, and two driers. Their HVAC is a central individually zoned unit. Treated softened water is furnished at no charge as well as garbage removal for all apartments. There is free designated parking for all units.

Larry Winkler the owner lived the first nineteen years of his life a mile away from the apartments, and now lives less then ten miles away.
